Newish Jewish Plays Summer 2026

Finalists will be announced by July 1, 2026 after being curated by a committee of prominent Sarasota theatre professionals.

The plays will be presented as staged readings, directed by professional directors and performed by casts of experienced Sarasota actors. The audience will receive evaluation forms which provide information to the playwrights, and help determine if a play might be appropriate for inclusion in a future season.
